Biography: As an immigrant from Honduras, when I came to this country I was determined to work hard and make the most of every opportunity my community presented. Today, being a Navy Veteran, Father of two and a Pastor living in the City of Norfolk, I can say that I have done that. With the same determination I have worked with the City of Norfolk and Dominion Energy, to advocate better lit streets in Norfolk to help deter crime done under the cover of night. As well as offer free weekly tutoring to my community.

Why you? Because I can unit the City and give the citizens real results. I can vote on legislations that will actually pass and help all Virginians.

  – The Constitution is the most incredible laws ever written aside from the Bible.

   – People should have the freedom to practice their faith.

   – I believe it’s important to preserve all of our history and learn from it.

   – I believe the government should be transparent about all polices that affect the public.

   – National defense is a must for our country so we can protect our country and every citizen.

   – The free market system, allows the country to stay competitive and productive.

   – I am pro life and I support protecting the unborn.
