Biography: MEET MANGA
My name is Manga Anantatmula, and I believe in the American Dream. As a first-generation immigrant from India, our wonderful nation gave me and my family the chance to live that dream.
I am running for Congress in the 10th District of Virginia to keep the American Dream alive for everyone – freedom and liberty with equal justice under the Rule of Law.
My family has always stood up to fight for freedom. Like the Founding Fathers of America, my grandfather was a freedom fighter who fought against the British. Later, he joined Gandhi’s movement and stood side by side with him for a free India.
Did you know I am the only Indian American who was part of the core team that overturned the Affirmative Action in the U.S. Supreme Court? I am a fighter and continue to fight to abolish DEI, to protect our children and families as your Congresswoman.
ABOUT MANGA
I was born in India. My father worked for the Indian Government managing several Indian states. Because of his work, I travelled a lot and experienced different cultures. My father was wealthy, and I was fortunate to have lived better than most in India.
As a legal immigrant, I live my American Dream!
My husband and I took a chance and moved to the United States to pursue our American Dream because my husband wanted to pursue his doctorate degree in the US. We gave up our affluent lifestyle and moved to the United States, legally, with our young son. I supported the family while my husband pursued higher education. For several years, we lived below poverty level. During this period, I survived on one small meal a day so my son would be well fed and decently dressed for school.
We refused to take any government assistance even though Fairfax County Public Schools offered free lunch to our son during his school days. My husband and I worked hard to pull ourselves up. We believe in individual responsibility,
self-reliance, and hard work; we taught these same values to our son.
I worked my way to become a US Citizen and obtained a Security Clearance. My work with the DHS and Department of Defense as a consulting Acquisitions Program Management and Contracts Evaluation and Assessment Subject Matter Expert on the F-35 program proved to be the most rewarding and patriotic experience. I now work as a Chairperson, Federal Affairs, at India US Partnership™, a US-based company on a $5Bil contract with Uttar Pradesh, India, on a Geothermal Energy project.
HELP ELECT MANGA TO CONGRESS
As Representative, I will represent the citizens of the 10th District and not cave to the demands of lobbyists and other outside influences. The 10th District deserves a real Congresswoman, one who genuinely gives voice to the will of the people!
Please help MANGA be elected! DONATE today and send a true freedom fighter to Congress!
One of the proudest moments of my life was when my son joined the US Navy. He was in NROTC during college and commissioned as an Officer after graduation. After years of active service, he is now a reservist, as a Commander in the US Navy. I raised my family to be loyal and respectful to this great nation. America is the greatest country on Earth, and I will fight to keep it that way.
Why you? Virginia’s 10th Congressional District (CD) will be an open seat with a radical left wing Democrat Nominee. This will make Virginia’s 10th a great pickup opportunity but only if we elect a great Republican Nominee.
Why I will be the best candidate to win in Northern VA:
It is my greatest honor to run for Congress from Virginia’s 10th district. It is my home, and I have a great passion to serve the community. I also have a passion to activate the 65% of South Asians in the 10th who are not active in civic life.
If Republicans are to regain this district, that road runs through them.
In my 2020 VA-11 congressional race, I broke several records since 2010, as I resonated better with the voters (owned two homes, one each in the 11th and the 10th districts).
As the only Indian American on the core team who filed a lawsuit against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina, in the historic US Supreme Court ruling against Affirmative Action in college admissions, I earned their trust as a genuine fighter. I come from a family of freedom fighters. My grandfather fought alongside Mahatma Gandhi for India’s independence.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
First Indian American woman from Virginia to run for the US Congress
The only Indian American on core team to overturn the Affirmative Action in the US Supreme Court
The first to call out USCIRF for gagging the majority
Confronted Pakistan Ambassador on violation of Human Rights of minority women
My background as a first-generation legal immigrant from India, who has realized the American Dream, makes me well suited to be your Republican Nominee to push back on radical left-wing falsehoods on identity politics. I am running in this election to give back to a country that has given so much to my family.
My husband and I worked hard to pull ourselves up. As legal immigrants, we believe in individual responsibility, self-reliance, and hard work; we taught these same values to our son. Today, our son proudly serves our nation as a Commander in the US Navy. We take pride in serving our great nation; we call it our Home.
We must secure our southern border. Democrat policies are a slap in the face to all who have come the right way like my family. Now, drugs in unprecedented quantities are flowing across the border, and human trafficking is taking place. We see in the news today that illegal immigrants are being given documents to appear in court as late as 2032 and 2035.
I worked my way to become a US Citizen and obtained a Security Clearance working for the government. My work with the Department of Defense’s $9.2 Bil F-35 program as Contracts Evaluation and Assessment Expert and Department of Homeland Security’s Acquisitions of State of Art Technology for all ports of entries proved to be the most rewarding and patriotic experience I could have imagined.
Now, I am ready to be a Congresswoman in VA CD-10 and support all the House GOP initiatives in the best interest of this great nation.
While the radical left-wing Democrats send their anti-American immigrants to represent them to bring down this country, I want to represent the patriots of VA 10th district, to defend our constitution, close the southern borders, establish America First policies, and defend parental rights.
The demographics of Northern Virginia and Asian American Pacific Islander survey results indicate that an Indian American nominee will be much more favorable to WIN the district against a Democrat nominee in the general election.
I humbly appeal to my supporters to consider extending their fullest support to my candidacy, which will ensure us to get our message out to voters and help flip VA CD-10 from Blue to Red! I hope to speak with you more in depth about my campaign to represent GOP ideologies and American families in the Capitol!

Demonstrated Parental Rights are Paramount to the fabric of true American Values, by refusing to have my son attend Family Life Education in School as they refused to show the curriculum. Lead other parents to do the same. I read books to kids in the school library who did not attend the FLE classes.
I believe in leading by example, be connected with the voters.
I spend time trying to collect petition signatures myself as a candidate because it gives me an opportunity to meet with the voters.
How would your friends and family describe you? Inspiration, true fighter, the one and only.
What are your thoughts on the Constitution as the Law of the Land? United States
What are your thoughts on religious liberty? Religious Liberty is our first amendment right bestowed on us by our founding fathers through our constitution. It’s to stay as long as they are peaceful, and respect all.
What are your thoughts on the preservation of our history? Our history defines who we are today. History is to learn from, good or bad. History is the foundation for tomorrow. Wiping history would be foolish.
What are your thought on government transparency? In a democracy, transparency is everything. Our greatest President, set it on the stone, it is of the people, by the people, for the people. People have the right to know and be engaged in how and what their elected officials and administration are doing to keep them and this country safe.
What are your thoughts on national defense? A STRONG NATIONAL SECURITY National Security is one of the most pressing issues facing America. International terrorism, in its many forms, is a grave threat to our country. Russian, Chinese and Iranian aggression must be faced with strength. I am pro America through and through. Our military strength and Border Security are the cornerstones of our National Security. With a strong military and secured borders, our nation is safe and it reassures our allies thereby enhancing world peace and prosperity. When elected, I will support investments in the safety, security, and reliability of our nuclear deterrent, investments in our special operations forces, and will support the training and equipping of the security forces of friendly nations. To keep our Homeland safe, we must make our national security a top priority not only by providing our military forces with the best capability to monitor evolving threats throughout the World, but also by securing our borders.
What are your thoughts on the free enterprise system? United States is a REPUBLIC and our founding fathers wrote our constitution on the principles of free enterprise to encourage people to engage in business without the government control. Free enterprise results in capitalism, where private ownership and competition results in economic growth and prosperity of the country. This is also an American dream that attracts immigrants
What are your thoughts on the protection of the unborn? We the born and living are the voices of the Unborn, the voiceless. In Hinduism, killing the unborn is a cardinal sin.
What are your thoughts on the role the family plays in America? Family is a fundamental unit of any society that gives nurturing environment, emotional bonding and security. It is also a social identity. Children learn their essential life skills in a family.
What are your thoughts on equal rights, equal justice and equal opportunity, as opposed to equal outcomes? I strongly believe in Equal rights, justice, and opportunity. Our founding fathers bestowed it upon us through the fourth Amendment. On the basis of our Fourth Amendment Rights, I joined the core team of members that fought and overturned the Affirmative Action in the US Supreme Court. It is needless to say, I am unapologetic following, revering and RESTORING our constitutional Rights.
What are your thoughts on the 2nd Amendment? Our Second Amendment Right was bestowed upon us by our constitution and our founding fathers who saw the wisdom of allowing the people to bare arms to protect themselves from the government tyranny. 2A is to stay and all parts of it.
