Biography: I’m Jarome Bell. I’m an America-First, Conservative Republican from Virginia Beach, running in Virginia’s 2nd congressional district.

Having dedicated my life to a career in the Navy, retired as Chief Petty Officer after 27 years, I’m turning my attention to once again serve this great nation by working to continue to carry the Donald J Trump torch to Make America Great Again in the United States House of Representatives.

I’m running for Congress to defend our republic against the foreign and domestic enemies to our Constitution, to which I swore an oath as a member of our Armed Forces — an oath that does not expire.

It is obvious to me that the Democrat party put black votes on the back of the proverbial bus long ago, and left us behind. They don’t represent us now, and arguably never did.

Similarly — and with the exception of Donald Trump — the establishment wing of the GOP no longer represents middle class working Americans.
Tidewater Virginia needs a new approach — someone who can bridge the gap and build trust, between Americans from all walks of life.

Whether they’re communists, socialists, or violent protesters in the streets, the far-left has infected our government at every level with dangerous, anti-American ideas and policies, and it’s time we put a stop to it.

I served with the FBI until I embarked on a life-changing course with the United States Navy, where I completed seven and a half years of sea duty and flew over 9,000 hours as a Naval Aircrewman circling the globe in support of our nation’s military missions and national security interests.

While in the Navy, I deployed twice on the U.S.S. Carl Vinson under President Ronald Reagan during the Cold War and in past years as a Naval Aircrewman deployed numerous times to various countries in defense of our country abroad.

I have faithfully served our Commanders-in-Chief world-wide on every continent except Antarctica and at times accompanied world dignitaries on diplomatic missions, including once having the privilege and honor of airlifting Dr. Condoleeza Rice to Tel Aviv, Israel for a peace summit.

I retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the United States Navy, where I proudly served and faithfully executed my duties for 27 years under Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama.

From 1985 until my retirement in 2012, I served in various commands in San Diego, Atlanta, and Norfolk, where my last duty station was on the Admiral’s Staff at Commander Naval Reserve Forces Command in Norfolk.

Since retiring from the Navy, I opened a small business — I own and operate Line6 Recruiting Services, where I help young adults who will soon be graduating from High School obtain College Athletic Scholarships. Before running for Congress, I served as a Certified Department of Justice School Safety Officer for the State of Virginia in the Chesapeake, Virginia public school system, and I coached and mentored young men through the game of football in the Hampton Roads area for 18 years in the Private and Public school systems.

I have three sons, and have been married to my beautiful wife for 25 years. I studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where I obtained my Associates and Bachelors of Science Degrees in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Management.

 

Why you? First and foremost I’m America First! I believe in and will always promote American exceptionalism over any other country and I will always support religious and medical freedoms over government tyranny and overreach and never vote against our constitution in anyway.

I’m the best on the issues that people care about. In going to save small businesses from going extinct through government mandates and over regulation. I’m going to save our children and not put them in danger like voting to put boys into girls bathrooms like my opponent has. I’m not going to sell our principles and values to the highest bidder. I’m going to unapologetically be a voice for the voiceless and combat the extermination of our own.

I’m the only AMERICA First fighter in the race that can and will go to DC and go toe to toe with the communist Democrats and won’t be scared to take on The Squad

I’m raising the cash needed to win, through the people and grassroots, not big money donors and PACS set up by the establishment and Kevin McCarthy or these all woman GOP PACS whose soul mission is getting so call conservative women into Congress. Not the best person but only a woman. That’s sexist within itself.

And last but not least

I can win the general election and the democrats know it. Elaine Luria is already spending money sending out hit mail on me to her constituents and I still have a primary.

They know who the real threat is to their control over this seat and that’s me.

Not the person who idolizes her opponent by plagiarizing email talking points or bragging about using the Scott Taylor playbook who already lost twice to Elaine Luria.

I’m going to make the second district safe for flight just like I did when I served in fleet Logistics squadron VR-56 as Maintenance Control Chief out of Oceana where 100s of 1000s of passengers, my Pilot’s and Aircrew’s lives were in my hands that they would takeoff, land safely and come back home to their families and loved ones when I put my name on that A sheet saying that aircraft was safe to fly it’s mission.

What are your thoughts on religious liberty? It should always be defended and never taken away or compromised.

    

What are your thoughts on the preservation of our history? Should always be preserved and never silenced or hidden.

   

What are your thought on government transparency? It should always be transparent.

   

What are your thoughts on national defense? We need to close our borders and defend home first. Our National Defense starts here.

   

What are your thoughts on the free enterprise system? We must have free enterprise free from government controls and regulations.

   

What are your thoughts on the protection of the unborn? I am the voice of the voiceless and we must stop the extermination of our own.
